Frequently Asked Questions
What fees do you charge?
Every ceremony is different, from the small to the large, from the short to the long. Whatever the size or length one thing we can guarantee is that the ceremony will be one that you cherish and of the highest standard. So in seeing that the fee will differ based on whatever it is included, or that you desire from your wedding experience.
Can we meet your celebrants prior to making a decision?
Of course! In fact, I highly recommend that you do. Generally, we suggest that you set aside an hour or two for a chat. We are more than happy to meet you in person for a free consultation but understand this is often difficult to arrange. Therefore we also offer you the ability to chat face to face over Skype or Face-Time.
What about the legal aspects of the ceremony?
You will need to register your marriage with the registrar but we do not need to see any documentation in order to conduct the ceremony.
Where can the ceremony be held?
The location of the ceremony is entirely up to you and we will work with you to conduct it wherever you would like. But do be aware of a wedding that is located outside of the country we will need to charge travel fees to perform the service.
Does it matter if we are of a particular religion?
No, this is not a concern. We are just happy serving you in a manner that helps you to follow your faith. Whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim or Atheist it is common for all religions to look to us to perform the ceremony and we have no issues doing so.
Do you perform same-sex ceremonies?
Yes, in fact, this is one of most joyous events. We absolutely love the way that society has moved forward to accept the rights of gay people to marry and we are so unbelievably honored when asked to perform these ceremonies.
When do you arrive on the day of our wedding?
I will arrive usually within 36 hours of the wedding taking place. This allows plenty of time for discussions, and to perform the rehearsal.
